Changing to new clinical system 9th August 2016
We are changing over to a new clinical software and our Go Live date is 13th September 2016. Over the next few weeks, major changes are taking place to our Computer System which will affect some Services. There will be some disruption to services leading up to and after the go live week due to the changeover of Computer Systems.
- Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) will be suspended between 5th September 2016 and 30th September 2016. Because of this, we will start issuing repeat prescriptions lasting 2 months so that your health requirements are still catered for during this period.
VISION ONLINE SERVICES (VOS)
- These services will not be available from 5th September 2016 to 30th September 2016.
- Patients currently registered to use Online Services will be automatically re-registered to access online services and we will send you the log in details by post. For new registrations for online services, please ask the reception staff at the practice for more details. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes.
- As switchover to the new Computer System will be taking place between 5th September 2016 to 30th September 2016, we will only be able to book appointments on the day. Therefore, we can't book any pre-bookable appointments or follow ups on these dates.
WE APOLOGISE FOR DISRUPTION DURING THIS PERIOD
THANK YOU FOR YOUR CO-OPERATION
